​​I've called Manitowoc County home since 2010, and when I opened Bump and Beyond Family Wellness in September 2024, I was finally able to bring the work I love to the community I've loved for years. After spending nearly a decade practicing in Green Bay, WI, coming home to serve families here felt like exactly the right next step.

My journey into pregnancy and pediatric chiropractic care wasn't something I planned, it unfolded naturally. Early in my career, I had the opportunity to work with pregnant moms and young children, and something just clicked. Then I completed my first infant craniosacral therapy course, and that was it. I knew this was the work I was meant to do. Watching a fussy baby settle, seeing a pregnant mom finally sleep comfortably, helping a child thrive. These moments never get old.

What you can expect when you walk through our doors

You will never feel rushed here. I intentionally practice at a slower pace because I believe every person who comes through my door deserves to feel truly seen and heard, not shuffled through an appointment. Whether you're 32 weeks pregnant, navigating a fussy newborn, or bringing in your whole crew, your visit will be calm, personal, and unhurried.

Our office is warm and welcoming by design. We have several kids' play areas, families kick off their shoes and get comfortable the moment they arrive, and more than a few little ones have thrown a fit when it was time to leave. We consider that a compliment.
